Your Prize
will be awarded to you by Helena Dalli, Commissioner for Equality at the European Commission, at the Final Ceremony. You will gain access to the European Commission’s network of experts and policy-makers.

Your solution
accelerates the shift to electrified mobility; inter alia by advancing electric vehicles, appropriate charging infrastructure or enhanced battery value chain in Europe.
Your Prize
will be awarded to you by Vice-President of the European Commission Maroš Šefčovič, in charge of Interinstitutional Relations and Foresight, at the Final Ceremony. You will be invited to present in front of a dedicated committee of experts and investors of the European Battery Alliance and EIT InnoEnergy*.

Your solution
reduces carbon emissions, increases energy efficiency and/or boosts technological innovation. You are in a growth phase in search of investment.
Your Prize
will be awarded to you by Vice-President Lilyana Pavlova at the Final Ceremony and join a dedicated pre-investment committee in front of EIB’s investments officers*. You will be invited to present in front of a dedicated committee of experts and investors of the European Investment Bank.
* Invitation will be extended to the 5 best startups in this category under the eligibility criteria of the Future Mobility EIB’s funding programme (in a nutshell, financing instrument including loans/guarantees/quasi-equity greater than €7.5 million euro).


Your solution
contributes to Europe’s space tech and/or is a land-based solution that makes use of one of the EU space services: Galileo (geolocalisation, global navigation), Copernicus (Earth observation), and EGNOS (signal accuracy) for smart and sustainable mobility.
Your Prize
will be awarded to you by Karima Delli, Chairwoman of the Commission on Transport at the European Parliament.

Your solution
whether physical or digital, contributes towards smarter and/or cleaner air mobility in Europe via innovative aircrafts (inter alia Urban Air Mobility, drones, etc.) using alternative fuels and composite materials and/or smart air traffic management. NB. Traffic management startups active in other sectors with potential for implementation in the air sector (e.g. micro mobility) are also welcome to apply.
Your Prize
will be awarded to you by Richard Frizon, Executive Director ad Interim at SESAR JU at the Final Ceremony. Other contestants in the Future Skies category will also be invited to further engagement opportunities with the SESAR JU and/or its members. They will be in with a chance to win the overall prize of mentorship with the Boston Consulting Group, with technical insights from SESAR JU.


Your solution
revolutionises long distance freight, last mile delivery, next-generation logistics management solutions and/or moves the global supply chains towards a greener and more customer-centric experience. Special attention to services and products will be given to enhance transparency, traceability, and flexibility of the delivery journey.
Your Prize
will be awarded to you by Catherine Leboul-Proust, Director of Strategy at GRDF, at the Final Ceremony. You will gain access to GRDF events, experts and officials.


Your solution
focuses on data driven solutions, (hub) mobility platforms & services and/or connected infrastructure in the smart cities of 2030, in order to reduce congestion and carbon footprint.
Given Groupe ADP platforms are airport cities with mobility issues, special attention will be paid to innovative solutions improving airport access, road flow monitoring, multimodality, parking experience and/or smart mobility within the airport and motion in the terminals. Smart airport challenges are indeed similar and deeply interconnected to the ones of Smart Cities!
Your Prize
will be awarded to you by Edward Arkwright, Deputy CEO at Groupe ADP, at the Final Ceremony. You will gain access to Groupe ADP experts and officials in the form of a dedicated Demo day*.

allows a smarter and more efficient urban journey in the “quarter-hour city” and/or integrates post-Covid ways of commuting such as desynchronisation, de-mobility and telework’s new habits.

accelerates modal shift to rail, covering all guided transportation (including long-distance freight and passenger’s trains, metro, tramways, hyperloop technology, etc.) as well as intermodal services and smart stations that allow a seamless journey.

Your solution
contributes to a more sustainable future of maritime and/or inland waterways transportation by innovating in the fields of shipping, planning, green energy, smart ports in order to speed up modal shift to blue sustainable mobility alternatives.
Your Prize
